The Basics
In the beginning, and when you enter the room, everything might be normal and ordinary. However, when you give a closer look and inspection you will find a series of mysterious puzzles that must be solved, secrets must be uncovered & locks must be opened, all that have to be done within sixty minutes in order to escape the room before the time ends.

Each group of gamers consists of 2 to 5 players for The Prison, Detective office & Secret storeroom 3 to 7 players for LAB-13 & The Bank Job which can join together and enjoy playing Escape The Room Game.

We recommend our games for ages 12 and up. Players that are 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. With that said, we guarantee the great time and enjoyment for the families who come with one or two younger kids. However, the game is designed for people 12 and up.

The rooms require minimal reading material. However, we have incorporated both languages (Arabic and English) into the game. You can use the language you are comfortable with. Also, all our staff can fluently speak Arabic and English.
At our place we have a comfortable waiting area which you can prepare yourself for the game and be presented by our staff which going to give you a brief and instructions for the game.
After the game ends, you could share your feedbacks with us on the
whole experience which are of valuable means to us. (Whether you win or lose!) You can take some photos with your team in the designated areas, just ask our staff for the perfect shots! And they would be glad to help you. Also you can put your team names and share your photos in our players’ board in our place. Or sharing them on our website, Facebook or Instagram.
At the moment 6 rooms are available, and three more will be open soon. New themes and rooms will be changed periodically in order to guarantee the excitement and renew challenge for all the players. All rooms might have equal level of difficulty and excitement, but sure have different type of themes, puzzles and mysteries.
The size of each room is not too tight or too big. Just like the area of normal rooms. Claustrophobic people can play Escape The Room Game without fear and problem, but, in case of any emergency arise, our team would be available to help and secure the incident.

Arrival should be at least 15 minutes prior to your game start time in order to give you a game brief and instructions. Games will begin exactly at the reserved start times and being late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.

Game reservation should be confirmed one day or before, our staff will call you to confirm your booking and payment will be collected in our shop before entering Escape The Room Game. Don’t worry, the excitement & enjoyment are guaranteed!

Online Booking: you can visit our website if you’d like to simply reserve one game, please use our booking system to find an appropriate timing for you. If you feel like bringing more friends and would like to book both rooms at the same time, please turn to our booking system and look for parallel availabilities in the two rooms. (Usually combining the same games creates the most out of the experience, mainly because of its exciting competitive atmosphere).

Accessibility
All the rooms in Escape The Room Game require brain-work & team thinking in the first place. However, there are some smaller physical requirements in the game. So it is advised to have at least one member in the team without mobility problems. The game rooms are spacious enough to access with crutches. Also, the surfaces and the game venue’s size are proper for wheelchair users.
The game place does play sound effects to alert the players about some electronic hints. There is no hearing assistance system during the game. Therefore at least one member is advised to play without hearing problems.
The lighting level is medium in all game rooms & reception. Please let us know of your specific requirements & special needs when booking your room in order to make the most out of it.

Who is going to join my team in the same game?
Once you have booked and reserved the room for your group, it will be just you and your team in it.
How long is each game?
Each game is designed for sixty minutes of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
Is there a specific arrangement to play the game? Shall I start with one game or another?
All rooms are completely different and independent of each other. Just book any of them and we guarantee that you will book the other room after that directly!
What happens if one of the players of the same team came late to a reserved game?
We recommend all players of the same team to arrive as one group at one time. But, if one of the players fails to come on time, we are unable to let him into the game room. We don’t want to disturb other players who already started the game.
Is it a scary game or horror type of games?
No its not. in fact, it’s more excitement than you can imagine. There are no scary things or horror stuff involving our escape games. The excitement and enjoyment are guaranteed!
Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button and at any time should you feel the need to leave the room you are welcome to. Of course leaving the room early and before finishing all the clues disqualifies you from having a record time.
What if I feel uncomfortable during the game and don’t want to continue the game and leave the room?
You can leave the room at any time. Just let us know through the existing built-in microphones inside the rooms.
If my team fails to escape the room, what is going to happen?
If your team fail to escape the room in 60 minutes, No worries! You can choose one of the following choices:
- Show you the way out and let you know about the clues you missed and puzzles you did not solve.
- Give you another reservation for the same game with a discounted price. However, we can’t guarantee you will be able to get back on the same day, but we’ll give you the opportunity to schedule another fascinating 60 min of your life.
